THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Initial Consultation And Assesment

Upon initial contact by the Customer, the Customer Team shall complete a standardised assessment of the Customers requirements. This initial assessment shall be forward to the Technical Team, who shall then review the initial requirements of the Customer and complete a site visit. During the site visit, specific Customer & site requirements shall be reviewed, assessed and agreed upon.

Quotation

Upon the identification of the Customer needs, including specific site requirements and equipment specifications, a quotation shall be prepared and forwarded to the relevant Customer, for appraisal. Once the quotation has been reviewed by the Customer and approval given, the project work shall then be planned.

Professional Installation

The CUBE Fire & Security operational team, consisting of trained and competent Engineers and/or Technicians shall professionally install the relevant system to the agreed specification, while also adhering to the manufacturers installation, including any relevant regulatory / statutory requirements.

Commissioning-Handover

CUBE Fire & Security shall ensure that the relevant system is commissioned in accordance with the equipment manufacturers and all relevant statutory/regulatory requirements and handed over to the Customer.

Maintenance Schedule-Routines

In accordance with the equipment manufacturers and all relevant statutory/regulatory requirements, a maintenance contract including a schedule and defined routines shall be draft and issued to the Customer for both appraisal and approval. Upon agreement, the relevant maintenance schedule shall be incorporated into the Company’s CRM for overall planned delivery and execution.
